We are actively engaged in the current research and studies that show enhanced indoor environments create more productive, happier and healthier inhabitants. We feel strongly that these philosophies can provide additional value to our clients and we have made the commitment to pursue the concepts further in our design practices. The WELL Building Standard v2 sets performance requirements in ten concepts relevant to occupant health in the built environment – Air, Water, Nourishment, Light, Movement, Thermal Comfort, Sound, Materials, Mind and Community. WELL Certified™ spaces can help create a built environment that improves the nutrition, fitness, mood, sleep patterns and performance of its occupants.
Our Sustainability Specialist, Molly Dunlap, is WELL AP through the Well Building Institute. She has supported clients through the process and if desired, can help facilitate the certification process for your project.
