Wisconsin Lutheran College Student Housing

Addressing future needs through present action

To accommodate Wisconsin Lutheran College’s growing student population, EUA is currently designing this six-story, developer-owned residence hall for sophomores. The first floor will include 5,000 square feet of classroom space while the upper floors will include 54 apartment-style units. Four students will be housed in each of the two-bedroom and two-bathroom units.

EUA was initially hired to develop a comprehensive, 30-year campus master plan to help with internal planning and management of the College’s relationship with its neighboring communities. EUA also conducted an analysis and space utilization of existing facilities to determine educational adequacy and future needs for enrollment projections.
