Designing an upscale hotel for people to gather
The Legacy Hotel will be approximately 90,000 square feet, six stories tall with an exterior of glass, stone and metal panel. The Legacy will include a total of 80 guest rooms comprised of 66 studio suites, 11 classic suites and three grand suites. There will also be a lobby bar, café and restaurant (Brasserie) on the main level, as well as a smaller bar and rooftop patio on the fifth floor. Also included in the design are several meeting rooms, a wellness spa and fitness center.
