Various additions for a growing company
Systems Control is a manufacturer of substation control centers, relay and control products and outdoor / walk-in enclosures. Its products are custom-designed and made to meet clients’ exact specifications. In 2012, Systems Control grew beyond the capacity of its 116,000 square-foot manufacturing and office space. The company turned to Performa (now EUA) for guidance and relied on the 15-year partnership they had developed.
The evaluation of existing space and anticipated growth determined the appropriate configuration of additional manufacturing and office spaces. Current and future needs included a 100,000 sq ft manufacturing plant addition, a 75’ x 36’ bay, docks and truck points for deliveries, custom paint booth, metal based workstations, assembly area, and building systems configured to be highly flexible. There is also a 27,000 square-foot open office addition which introduced non-enclosed offices to foster a highly collaborative environment.
