Summerfest – South Gate
Transform dead end road into vibrant, energetic entrance to Summerfest
The South Gate entrance to Summerfest turned a dead end road into an experiential beginning to your time spent on the festival grounds. Valet service, redesigned box offices and “Buskers Row,” a street scene with performers, colorful facades, large graphics and photo opportunities enhance the sense of energy and activity evoked by the festival. Designers worked to transform the challenging overhead roadway into an enclosure from rain elements, animating it at night with color changing LEDs.
