Merging the diverse needs of multiple practices into a cohesive facility
To gain market share, UnityPoint brought services closer to their community by building a new outpatient facility. Using an integrated team approach, EUA worked closely with the developer throughout the planning, design and construction phases to ensure all needs were incorporated.
EUA was challenged with balancing the needs of UnityPoint Health’s service lines and spaces with the needs of independent practices who lease space in the building. EUA worked through multiple tenant space allocation diagrams to find the right location and fit for each service line, and then met with each physician group to achieve buy-in.
The result is a flexible facility that provides a comfortable environment offering advanced technology and delivering extraordinary patient experiences.
