Architecture with the power to transform a campus
EUA worked with Irgens to design and construct a new Medical Office Building (MOB) at St. Clare Health Services hospital. Attempts by other firms to complete the project failed due to challenging infrastructure and environmental constraints.
EUA’s approach began by reassessing the project to breakdown known barriers. A new site location repositioned the building to provide more fluid connectivity between clinic services and the existing hospital. This new access point for the hospital created a singular “front door” to the campus that transforms the hospital’s aesthetic into a modern facility that better aligns with St. Clare’s progressive service offerings. Notable design elements include a healing garden for an enhanced patient experience and better positioned branding to reinforce the health system in visitors’ minds.
