Transform the traditional space into a modern + updated law office featuring views of the capitol + lake
Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren Attorneys at Law (Reinhart) hired EUA to update their traditional office, located on the sixth and seventh floors of a downtown Madison building, to a more modern, transparent and elegant space.
To accomplish the transformative design, the seventh floor became the lobby with expansive views of the Capital and Lake Mendota and a feature staircase. Allowing for the space to be used for various types and sizes of events, the conference rooms have pivot doors and the multi-purpose room has sliding glass doors.
The office was occupied during the renovation which required phasing and a strategic approach to renovations in each area.
Increasing transparency and natural light throughout the space was accomplished through the use of full height glass. Standardized office furniture maximizes attorney storage in a clean, elegant manner and allows for future flexibility and growth and provides continuity in the overall design.
