Vibrant, versatile workspaces support information sharing and a connectedness to other employees
Paradigm’s comfortable, flexible space allows their creative and talented staff to be more accessible to one other within a stimulating and highly personalized space. To recruit and retain talent, the space promotes a high-performing, non-traditional business culture that encourages individuality and promotes a collaborative bond between employees.
The building features a centralized “hub” where staff merge and mingle, share stories and ideas. The environment feels like a combination between a coffee shop and a pub, with flexible space for company parties or major seminars within a single day. Areas around the hub are lined with meeting spaces featuring semi-transparent walls that allow light to spill into the hallway. Write-on dry erase paint is applied to walls so staff can work virtually anywhere.
