Miron Milwaukee Office
Highly-branded environment designed to showcase Miron's + Milwaukee’s heritage
Looking to move their Milwaukee office to a central, downtown location, Miron Construction worked with EUA to design a modern and branded space within The Palladium, a new Hammes-developed office building. The office, aimed at attracting and retaining employees, features all the amenities and walkability of working downtown, while bringing employees closer to many of their current projects. A Construction Innovation Lab that acts as a large and flexible conference room, multiple breakout rooms and the Cream City Café, all provide areas for collaboration and connection.
It was important to blend the historic style of the building’s exterior architecture with a modern office environment. Being the general contractor for the building, Miron wanted to honor not only Milwaukee, but also their own history and expertise with feature areas where their work product could be displayed. EUA worked with ZebraDog to develop a framework for branding throughout the space, including a custom “MKE” sign made of tools of the trade and a beer crate map highlighting historic breweries in Milwaukee. Locally-sourced, reclaimed wood and custom metal mesh ceiling elements highlight raw materials used in the construction trades.
