Menomonee Falls School District – Multiple Buildings

Create a student-centered environment through modernized spaces + capital improvements

The School District of Menomonee Falls engaged EUA to complete a facilities assessment and develop a long-range master plan to support the District’s commitment to continuous improvement. Following an approved $32.7M referendum, EUA led the renovation efforts throughout the District. Projects centered around modernizing and updating learning environments to enhance programming and create student-centered spaces.

At the high school, the Career and Technical Education spaces were reconfigured to create a transparent and multi-purpose space to promote cross-disciplinary projects. Libraries at both the high school and middle school were renovated along with upgrades to the middle school auditorium. Shifting from a teacher-centric model of education to a student-based model, the renovated learning spaces were opened up, creating a welcoming and collaborative environment for students. A new secure entry at the elementary school complements the original design while creating a new identity for the school.
