EUA partnered with M3 Insurance to design their new corporate headquarters to help recruit and retain employees by completing a tenant improvement creating a more enjoyable work environment. EUA worked with the owner and developer to create budget-friendly design options to support the upcoming culture shift.
The new space represents M3’s objective to change its corporate culture through architecture and design principles. Moving from a three-story facility to a two-story building diminishes the sense of hierarchy. Positioning workstations around the perimeter of the building provides daylighting and access to the stunning views of Lake Mendota to all employees. Amenities including an open monumental staircase, a work café, skylights and workout room help to create an enjoyable workplace environment.
