Improved Functionality and Collaboration with State-of-the-Art Technology
Luminex is an international company with headquarters in Austin, Texas and offices in Madison, Toronto, The Netherlands, Tokyo, Shanghai and Brisbane. EUA designed an interior tenant renovation of laboratory production rooms, packaging, quality control, research space, cold storage and warehouse space. The office spaces were also remodeled to include private offices, cubicles, training rooms, conference rooms and a break area.
With a mix of collaborative spaces and restricted areas for heads-down work, the new layout improves communication and coordination between research, production and quality control. Large windows and interior glazing allow daylight deep into the floor plate offering employees views to the outside. The facility was designed to allow for laboratory growth.
