Lockheed Martin IRF
Design a new building to expand + advance aerospace programs
EUA was approached by Lockheed to design a new independent structure that would be used to run future aerospace programs.
This project required the team to be flexible and swift to maintain the client’s fast track schedule. This site included a clean manufacturing space, assembly area for testing equipment and a data center.
Throughout planning and construction, it was vital that construction did not disturb ongoing projects nearby. EUA also conducted a life safety study and met with the local fire department, resulting in the inclusion of a fire lane around the perimeter of the building.
