Liberty Global*
This design emphasizing interaction and communication helped Liberty Global provide a space that works for their multi-generational workforce.
As a leading international cable company providing television, broadband internet and telephony, their vision is to connect people to the digital world, enabling them to discover its endless possibilities. The strategic move to Lower Downtown Denver allowed them to attract and retain a more urban demographic of workers.
The design reflects a timeless, sophisticated and tailored headquarters that speaks to a multi-generational workforce. The Triangle Building floor plate has two 45° corners and a 90° corner, which became a challenge for planning. The open corner at each floor was allocated for common use. An inter-connecting stair was central to communication, linking the destinations of the café on the 10th floor and the gym on the 8th floor.
Working closely with the client, our team developed an open plan for more frequent interaction between their teams. The cafe offers a place to relax and use for informal meetings.
