Landmark Credit Union Headquarters
Analyzing multiple site plans and facility assessments to determine long term growth plan
EUA initially supported option analysis that culminated in a 10-year growth plan with future expansion opportunities for this HQ consolidation. After an extensive programming and visioning effort two overriding themes rose to the top; the desire for a highly visible building and promoting a culture of honesty and open communication. The building design recognizes those goals through strategic location along a prominent highway with an ‘open arms’ curving element and clearly visible signage to welcome passersby and support brand recognition. Building functions central to Landmark’s core goals drove the massing of the building; centralized, lobby, training, work café, call center and fitness center. Internally tying this composition together is a large monumental stair that encourages use and connectivity between the five floors.
With a desire to create an environment where people enjoy working, the design features comfortable, airy, bright places to work and collaborate with sit-to-stand workstations for all employees. A warm and timeless palette infused with wood and organic elements reflects their warm, genuine and innovative brand. Thoughtful environmental branding throughout re-identifies what they stand for, while sharing the employee voice and impact on the customer.
