Infusing vintage and modern in an industrial mixed use design
Ironworks at Keystone is a mixed-use development on a prominent 6-acre corner site composed of retail shops and eateries. EUA worked with the client to develop a design that captures current trends while keeping the aesthetic of a reclaimed industrial building with Spartan brick massing and steel applique.
Infusing a variety of uses into the space, a two-story fine dining restaurant opens onto a generous dining terrace surmounted by a monumental gantry crane structure. These sit atop one level of underground parking, serving the four stories of luxury loft-style apartment units above, in addition to surrounding landscaped surface parking lots that aid in pedestrian circulation, while addressing the heavily trafficked adjacent roads.
