EUA first worked with GI Associates (GIA) on a tenant suite build-out within a larger outpatient clinic expansion project in Mukwonago. Together with GIA staff, the team developed an efficient floor plan that catered to the comfort and care of patients while meeting the rigorous licensing and certification requirements of an ambulatory healthcare center.
Citing the success of the Mukwonago location, GIA engaged EUA to partner further on centers in Kenosha and Racine. The Racine location involved renovating a former clinic within a retail strip mall building. EUA worked with GIA to salvage as much existing construction as possible while still implementing a layout capable of meeting GIA’s operational requirements.
The Kenosha clinic, a former car dealership and auto shop, was renovated in its entirety and laid out similarly to the Mukwonago site, thereby establishing a repeatable template for the owner. EUA worked closely with the GIA owners and landlord to ensure this existing building was updated to meet code and applicable regulations.
All three locations are designed to improve staff efficiency and productivity while also providing an optimum patient experience.
