A co-purposed facility to support the needs of the growing downtown community
Through a partnership between The Milwaukee Bucks and the Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin health network, EUA designed a new three-story downtown health center to support the needs of the growing downtown housing community. Adjacent to the Bucks training center, this health center will offer primary care, orthopedic, physical therapy, sports medicine and specialty care to the community and Bucks employees.
EUA worked with user groups and stakeholders to design a clinic that seamlessly integrated with the new Bucks training center and matched the culture and needs of the downtown arena district. Dual access exam rooms with a centralized work core, will allow for direct views for staff and create an efficient workflow that minimizes staff and patient footsteps. The physical therapy space features ample natural light and views to downtown by incorporating floor to ceiling windows.
