Fox Valley Technical College – Jones Dairy Farm Culinary Theatre

State-of-the-art space to support real-time culinary demonstrations and hands-on learning

EUA designed the first teaching facility of its kind in Wisconsin. Prior to the successful $66.5 million referendum passed in April 2012, EUA began work on a donor-funded, state-of-the-art culinary theatre for FVTC’s culinary arts program. The theater features a demonstration kitchen with tiered seating for optimal viewing by students during the cooking demonstrations and large video monitors to facilitate observation.

AV computer technology provides a real-time presentation of various views and close-ups of the counter top activity on the large format flat screen monitors mounted above the counter. To ensure future flexibility, the chairs are movable and can be arranged to seat up to 110 for a tasting venue and up to 150 for a regular lecture.
