Renovating a new tenant space that supports a culture of collaboration
After expanding its services to Denver, CO, EUA renovated a new space to house its new location of services. Through creating an open environment, EUA designed the space to encourage collaboration amongst employees.
The design throughout the office strengthens EUA’s established culture while celebrating Denver’s unique traits. Design features focus on a simple and clean color palette with millwork for warm accents. Environmental branding and greenery are incorporated throughout the space to create a work place that reflects the mountain range which can be viewed through the windows in the break room. The office inclusiveness starts with a complete glass entrance to the lobby for visitors and employees, and follows into the additional spaces within the break room known as “Central Perk” offering a smaller space for employees to work at or socialize. The workstations throughout the office are open and allow sit-to-stand stations for variety in productivity.
