Celebrate their brand + culture through artistic + functional design elements

Douglas Dynamics was looking to relocate their staff from their older facility into a new class A office space that would showcase their brand, be flexible enough to provide a variety of work settings and help to energize the workplace to attract and retain top talent.

Immediately off the elevators, large wall graphics of their work truck products are showcased as well as at the reception desk designed with a snow plow at the front.

While the nature of their employee’s tasks require private offices, large glass fronts to the private offices allow for daylighting to filter deeply into the spaces. Collaboration areas have been integrated throughout the floor allowing for spontaneous connections, team collaboration and alternate work locations for staff throughout the day.
