Clinton Community School District

Understand the needs of improving aging facilities to support modern learning

Clinton School District’s three buildings—an elementary school, middle school and high school—are all 50+ years old and in need of significant capital improvements.

To understand how the District’s current buildings could be modified to support modern learning, EUA conducted facilities, capacity and utilization studies.

Having completed the facilities assessment, EUA worked closely with the District and the community to create a comprehensive facility plan. After passing a successful referendum, EUA is leading the design to close an aging elementary school, transition the middle school to a 4K-6 elementary school and move grades 7-8 to the high school.
