Children's Wisconsin – Greenfield Clinic

Expand ortho services + create a center of excellence

Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin is pursuing a 20,000 sq ft expansion to their existing 46,000 sq ft medical office building. The project shifts outpatient orthopedic services from the main hospital campus to the Greenfield Clinic outpatient setting.

Along with the addition, the project renovates and redevelop several underutilized clinic spaces for new and expanded services including the sports therapy gym, orthopedic services, audiology clinic and teen health clinic.

The design approach for the addition enhances the existing office building with complimentary building materials. The new entry is highlighted with metal panels, and large glazing to aid in wayfinding and daylighting interior spaces. The new addition allows for a covered drop-off area and a separate discreet entrance for the teen health clinic that respects patient privacy.
