Design a highly collaborative space within the client's corporate brand standards
Charter Communication's engineering facility houses their engineering labs as well as an open office environment to encourage collaboration between their various teams throughout the facility.
Originally built as a warehouse, the design team decided to incorporate the high ceilings into the new design utilizing the exposed ductwork, lighting and cable trays to their advantage. The high ceilings also helped to expand the reach of daylighting throughout the office while the use of warm, neutral toned materials help bring a cozy feeling to the open spaces.
