Boardman & Clark, LLC.
Update + reinvigorate the space to reflect the collaborative culture
Boardman & Clark (B&C) occupied the fourth and part of the fifth floors of the US Bank Building. With plans to shrink their leased square footage, they wanted a program to accommodate these shifts while improving employee gathering spaces. EUA worked with B&C and the landlord, ULI, to plan and renovate the existing space.
In addition to reducing footprint the primary drivers discussed at onset were to improve client impressions, security and acoustics while reinvigorating their space with an emphasis on employee well-being. The lobby was transformed into a bright and open space with branding visible upon entry. Public facing conference rooms were refreshed and a new break room offers employees a gathering space with a variety of seating options. HVAC and LED lighting was updated throughout the office to improve quality of light, control and comfort levels for occupants.
