Baird – West Bend

Implementing new brand standards while refreshing an outdated office

In need of a design refresh, Baird was looking to modernize and update their existing West Bend office to appeal to a younger workforce and attract new clients. As a pilot project for  implementing new brand standards, EUA worked with Baird to achieve a new and enduring design aesthetic.

Reconfiguring the existing floor plan creates an open and engaging environment providing increased access to daylighting by grouping shared spaces together, lowering workstation partitions and maximizing visual connections. The office is framed by full-width glass walls, increasing transparency into the space from the building’s shared lobby with the reception desk being relocated to the front of the office to enhance brand visibility. The design aesthetic features modern and bright finishes and allows for regional palettes to be implemented throughout the country at Baird’s various locations.
