Incorporate new brand standards into a fresh location to help attract + retain talent
As the second branch to undergo Baird’s new brand standards as part of their long-term branding strategy, EUA helped with the branch’s relocation + build-out. As part of this rebranding strategy, each office location is receiving a connected yet unique aesthetic that helps to give each office a unique yet connected identity.
With the average age of wealth management advisers become younger, EUA guided Baird through the process of creating an environment that supports a younger workforce while still implementing design elements that their current employees enjoy. In order to help retain and engage their workforce, there was a focus on creating more transparency and openess that would allow for more daylight into the spaces. Private offices still surround the perimeter, but with glass fronts and large windows, light can filter through to the conference rooms and breakrooms as well.
