Aspirus Langlade Clinic
Design that improves the patient experience and staff efficiency
Dealing with an outdated space and an increase in patient volume, Langlade Clinic Oncology and Dialysis unit was in need of expansion and remodeling. EUA worked with providers throughout the planning phase to continue operations during renovations and understand what components were needed in the new space.
As the highest profit margin hospital in the system, consistent branding and level of care was important in the adjacent clinic. The new space includes private, semiprivate and open therapy bay options to satisfy patient privacy needs. A glass partition wall is located near the nurse’s station, retaining accessibility and privacy. Open work areas minimize staff steps and improve access to natural light. Improving efficiency, built-in cubby spaces and outward facing storage are located in staff workspaces.
