Guiding EUA’s firm-wide approach to design, I am in involved in shaping our Design Philosophy, while also making sure it permeates throughout the firm to ensure we are creating environments that are extensions of our clients’ vision and culture. As Design Practice Team Leader, I see myself as a resource and advocate for design across the firm and enjoy empowering our staff to achieve the highest standard of design. By engaging in critiques across the firm and presenting knowledge, I ensure we are applying best practices, positioning designers to be their best and elevating deliverables for our clients. When I lead the design for a project, I establish the design intention, providing oversight as it progresses to maintain design integrity. A true partner in the process, I am eager to establish functional design that conveys the client’s vision and speaks to the final users of the environment.
