I enjoy taking on challenges on behalf of the client. If they want something resolved, I like getting to the bottom of the problem and figuring out a solution to improve the project outcome. In my role as Project Architect I am involved from the beginning of design through construction, supporting the Project Manager with a variety of responsibilities. My ultimate task is to cohesively integrate the design elements into production documents that create a workable plan and solid foundation for construction. An active participant in EUA’s sustainability committee, I help define and integrate best practices across the firm and support my studio with sustainable project goals. I like to make jokes and bring a sense of humor to my projects, but when issues comes up I am a reliable resource, keeping attention to detail with the big picture in mind and applying a direct but kind approach to difficult discussions. At this moment my life revolves around my young son & wife; I spend as much of my free time as I can goofing around with him & spending quality time with her. I also carve out time to teach the next generation about codes and context at MIAD.
