Over 15 years in this industry has taught me that taking a calm and collective approach to problem solving gives the best results. I try to give a personal touch to managing each project, really listening to my clients to best understand their expectations. Working on projects ranging from multi-family, senior living and mixed-use, I like knowing that what I do directly impacts people’s daily lives. I lead my team during each phase of the project, looking at the overall designs and managing day-to-day activities to ensure we are meeting the client’s expectations. I really value the opinions of my team and when problems arise, I work with them on solutions to provide the best course of action for our clients. Outside of the office I enjoy spending time with my family, getting outdoors and playing sports.
