Robin Savola CDT

Senior Project Manager

Robin Savola

For me, every day is all about collaboration. Collaborating with my team, our clients and consultants in solving problems through creative solutions is the best part of my job. Growing up with my parents and grandparents working as either teachers or builders, I would spend weekends helping them rearrange their classroom furniture. They taught me that small changes like the furniture placement affected the way they taught and how the students learned. By creating a special space, a ‘reading castle’ made of recycled boxes in the corner, suddenly reading became cool to their students. Being a part of EUA's Learning Environments Studio lets me make changes at the school and district level to help students become excited about learning. As a Project Manager, I make sure everyone is working towards a common goal. I am honest about what I think would work best on projects and can have strong opinions, but I am always open to new ideas and adjusting to different viewpoints. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with family, friends and my dog traveling to new places.
