Senior Project Architect

Rebecca Rogers

As Senior Project Architect, I am involved in all phases of a project from initial ideas through construction. I excel in my ability to listen and assimilate project requirements from broad concepts to final details. My role is to understand the needs and drivers of the client as well as the design team, engineers and contractors so I can guide the team to a successful project completion. I’ve always been passionate about K-12 spaces and how architecture can influence the daily experiences of kids and teachers. Educational environments affect the entire population so bettering those environments, even with small gestures is a net win for communities. I’m also dedicated to my own form of educating myself and others through mentorship.  Architecture is a continually evolving field that provides new challenges each day. I’ve been fortunate to have had strong mentors throughout my career and believe it is imperative that we share our individual skills for the advancement of our teams.

Outside of the office, I’m kept on my toes by my husband and two middle school boys. I love Colorado and make time to enjoy the outdoors often.  Although, In the wintertime, you can usually find me sitting in front of a fire with my weaving, knitting or embroidery and a cat in my lap.
