Rachel Harmon LEED AP
Project Developer
I truly love new experiences, be it learning something new, trying something new, or making a new connection. As Project Developer for EUA, each day is different as I am involved at various parts of the design cycle from business development to change management to workplace strategy. I enjoy being part of the strategic development and vision for EUA and our Denver regional markets, directly influencing the path our firm takes. Throughout my career in Project Management, I've had the opportunity to work with some tremendous repeat clients across North America and realize the importance of not only listening to understand, but also being a reliable and trusted resource. When building relationships and making connections, I make it my mission to learn each client and partner's preferences and translate them to the design team to best support the project goals. I bring energy, transparency and honesty to my relationships, and am passionate about problem-solving to find solutions that work for everybody. When I'm not at work I love to spend time with family and friends outdoors, over a great meal, or tapping into my creativity through drawing or painting – just don't ask me to bake.
