Kristin Dufek AIA, LEED AP
An interesting fact about me: I love the unexpected and thrive in chaos. I am able to wear a lot of hats at EUA; as President, I contribute to the operational teamwork of our firm, acting as a sounding board for our practice, identifying gaps between people and processes, leveraging talent to meet each client’s specific needs and finding a common ground to improve outcomes. When I take on the role of Client Executive on projects, I am able to make a direct impact by lending planning expertise, providing a fresh perspective or sometimes taking a step back to support from behind the scenes. Architecture has allowed me to interact with clients and build relationships founded on honesty and trust. There’s nothing more rewarding than making a true human connection, like getting a hug at the end of the project because the solution we delivered exceeded expectations.
