Systems Engineer
My clients are EUA team members. As a systems engineer, I monitor, troubleshoot and improve the servers, databases, and platforms that run our devices, communication tools and design software. I make sure everyone can do their job effectively and efficiently.
I love solving problems, and I’ve been doing it since the DOS days when my father – a software engineer – would let me tinker and fix things on his computer. With over two decades of experience providing IT support, including 10 years with a managed service provider, I now focus on helping one company. I like this role because it lets me take ownership of the systems, dive deeper into the solutions, and build stronger relationships with the people I’m helping.
When I’m not at work, my fiancée and I enjoy hanging out in Denver or exploring the outdoors. We like attending concerts and gallery openings in the city, and when we need some quiet time, you’ll find us camping, hiking, skiing, snowboarding or snowshoeing.
