Senior Structural Engineer
I enjoy bringing my over 30 years of Structural Engineering and technical knowledge to our clients and integrated project teams. No two days are alike in my work. However, my best days involve thinking through early structural design concepts, problem-solving, running calculations and designing just the right solution. Most of my experience is in industrial and commercial building design. Regardless the project, material, or structure (some of my favorites are concrete and steel), I relish collaborating with others to design simple solutions for complex problems. I also enjoy project opportunities to coach fellow team members. Often that means discussing the big picture, troubleshooting technical issues, or sharing how structural engineering impacts other design disciplines. My personal hobbies vary but they are all about enjoying life experiences and spending time with family. They include everything from downhill skiing to barbequing and mastering the art of Texas-style beef brisket. In summer I enjoy exploring off-the-beaten paths on Wisconsin roads and in fall, celebrating football season at the occasional Green Bay Packers game.
