A successful project starts with understanding the client’s vision and developing a collaborative approach. As Senior Project Manager, I guide the team in the right direction, keeping the project moving forward, while making sure everyone has what they need to meet the client goals. I work closely with my clients to ensure they understand the design process, developing trust in our team and the proposed solutions. I am fortunate to work alongside many long-time friends and enjoy mentoring and sharing knowledge with younger colleagues in the firm. Maintaining a balance, I spend much of my free time with various home improvement projects, staying active during all four Wisconsin seasons through golfing, water-skiing, snow skiing, disc golfing and time spent Up-North with family and friends.
