Gary Woodward RA, NCARB, CDT
Senior Project Architect
For over 30 years I have endeavored to positively shape communities through architecture. Witnessing the impact design can make on people has made mine a very gratifying career. Having fully participated in educational systems as both a student and a parent, I genuinely empathize with what our clients experience through the journey to create better schools for their community. As a Senior Project Architect, I lead the internal teams throughout the entire duration of a project, taking a proactive approach to identify and solve aesthetic, functional or technical issues that may arise during the course of a complex project. Outside of work, I've volunteered my time to community service on city committees, coaching youth football, work in my church and am a regular blood donor. I enjoy traveling to new and familiar places and being outdoors, sharing the time with my wife exploring, biking, hiking, canoeing, kayaking, boating, camping, Nordic skiing, or just lazing around on a random beach somewhere during an appropriately warm time of year.
“Gary communicated on a very timely basis and did a great job responding. He was very proactive, did interviews with staff, and came back with proactive recommendations.”Steve Kopecky, Business Manager, Arrowhead Union High School
