As a Senior Project Manager, my goal is to make the entire project as easy and seamless as possible for our clients. By listening to client needs or concerns and understanding their overall vision, I find I am able to provide enhanced service and a better experience. I provide a global macro level perspective to the projects I lead, looking at the big picture to anticipate future needs and proactively address. On the other side of the spectrum, I really enjoy seeing the micro level attention to detail pay off when clients are pleased with project outcomes.
