I believe knowledge is our most valuable asset. At the core of Knowledge Management is the effective collection, organization, and use of it. As Knowledge Specialist, I use the integration of people, processes, and technology to develop and sustain a powerful, cross-disciplinary knowledge base at EUA. It is a collaborative effort that naturally leads to innovation and is essential in developing best practices, improving processes, and sharing lessons learned. I enjoy being a knowledge and resource center for both internal and external facing needs; knowing where knowledge is located and connecting people to it. I have a unique role with endless opportunities to cultivate new skills that compliment my strengths and align with business needs, especially in the areas of data and technology. The most fulfilling part of what I do lies within the variety of each day, and the infinite amount of curiosity that fosters. After all, I believe growth happens when familiarity is challenged, and curiosities are explored. Outside of work, simple things bring me joy – live music, cooking, a good book, and travel.
