I enjoy the creativity and challenges presented in architecture, specifically HVAC design. While my experience is diverse, I particularly enjoy multi-story, multi-tenant buildouts. There’s something satisfying, for instance, about designing routing so it doesn’t disrupt the flow of architecture. Whether it’s collaborative routing problem-solving or using Revit to model or conduct load calculations, I enjoy the simplicity of good design. There’s an art to deceptively simple architecture, making sure all the engineering systems and architecture work in concert together. As far as the science of architecture, I enjoy leveraging technologies to work smarter and to innovate. In my personal time I enjoy creative outlets like designing homes and building furniture, as well as motorcycling or any other activity where I can spend time with friends.
