EUA's Kyle Holtz, Samuel Bell, Jill Schutts and Kevin Barbour recently competed against six other entries to develop a space on a vacant 2-acre site hosted by the AIA Milwaukee Emerging Professionals Committee.
The team celebrated and were recognized at the AIA Wisconsin Gala alongside EUA, as the firm received an industry award from Focus on Energy on Friday night. They faced the challenge of a planned Milwaukee Streetcar route expansion, which they remedied by designing a plaza, allowing the space to be connected to public transit options.
