Susan Kohuth will be joining EUA as Senior Interior Designer with Rachel Harmon as Project Developer

DENVER, CO, February 9, 2021 – Eppstein Uhen Architects (EUA), announced today that Susan Kohuth will be joining as Senior Interior Designer and Rachel Harmon as Project Developer for the Denver office. Kohuth has nearly 30-years of interior design experience in the Denver area and Harmon has worked in various Project Management capacities within the industry.

Kohuth and Harmon will each play key roles in client and partner interactions as well as helping shape the strategy and create inspiring designs for EUA's established markets of Workplace, Aerospace, K-12 Learning, Healthcare, Historic Preservation and Civic.

Kohuth will play an integral role developing relationships and helping EUA deliver on clients’ visions in design for workplace and other markets. Ryan Wallace, Denver Studio Director for EUA said, “Susan is respected in the industry and will play an integral role in helping mentor and grow the talented team we have here in Denver as we continue to serve both existing and new clients for years to come. In addition, she will be heavily involved in shaping our strategy when it comes to workplace design and client engagement.”

Harmon's role complements Kohuth as she will lead EUA business development efforts for the Denver office as well as support various clients with workplace strategy, change management and project management leadership. "Rachel's skill in Project Management gives her unique insight into what is important from the client perspective. Her enthusiasm is contagious, and we know that our partners and clients will see the value she brings in establishing a trusted relationship that will continue to position EUA as an architecture firm of choice in the Denver marketplace” said EUA Business Development Practice Leader, Heather Turner Loth.

When asked about the decision to join EUA, Kohuth said, "I've spent my career working in creative teams and have come to value the engagement and interaction with others during the design process. From my first discussions with EUA, I recognized the inclusivity and level of engagement across the firm and look forward to the opportunities to mentor others, sharing my creativity and excitement for design, while also learning from my new team." Harmon added, "Joining EUA just felt right; culturally it feels like a really good fit. I am looking forward to this new challenge and harnessing my energy into establishing positive relationships with partners and clients to find new and exciting opportunities that allow our architects and interior designers to do what they do best."

EUA believes in the impact people make in shaping the client experience and places extra emphasis on providing training opportunities and supporting overall employee well-being. The firm has been recognized eight-consecutive years as a Top Workplace.
