How The Workplace Decision Process is Evolving
Join EUA as we virtually attend on August 26th from 1:00 – 2:00 pm a discussion with commercial real estate experts on the factors driving commercial real estate decisions. Is it location, culture, amenities, or something else?
CARW's discussion will explore how the workplace is shifting short and longer-term – and what impact this shift will have on suburban and downtown real estate assets. Looking at local and national trends and how the Milwaukee and Madison areas are positioned as we adjust to the workplace post-pandemic. Topics will include: positioning for talent, dispersed workforces, workplace environments + amenities, culture, and how downtowns and suburban areas are poised to benefit.
