Design to enrich students' personal growth, intellectual development and holistic contribution to our society
The world of education is constantly evolving, with student experience and expectations driving the change. Colleges and universities must be agile to respond to circumstances within and even outside of their control. They must also have a constant focus on next practices; testing innovative solutions that will impact the way faculty teach, students learn and staff support the educational experience. Our team of planners, architects, interior designers and engineers understand that in order to create educational experiences aligned with an institution’s mission, vision and culture (we call “purpose”), four critical components must be intentionally designed – people, programs, places and perceptions. EUA has developed a design process to create alignment, ensuring that the spaces and places support all who are involved in various programs and activities, ensuring that their expectations of that experience are met.
