Opened in 2005, our Madison office is fueled by a united team of architects and interior designers passionate about their community. Built on a foundation of serving clients with a high degree of commitment and dedication, our team has helped shaped the city of Madison over the last 10+ years. Along with various projects throughout the city, the Madison office focuses on EUA’s core markets of student housing and science + technology environments.
The team of over 30 employees is located in downtown Madison adjacent to the vibrant energy of State Street and steps away from the State Capitol and University of Wisconsin-Madison. Madison is a playground for bikers, runners, sailors and rowers. The city boasts more restaurants per capita than any other city in the country, a thriving downtown arts district and year-round events. It is a matchless hybrid of a vibrant, culturally-inquisitive city, and a comfortable, family-friendly Midwestern hometown.
Housed in the EUA-designed Ovation building, this office features an open-concept environment with a focus on employee wellbeing through sit-stand workstations, a work café and ample daylighting. The team has access to many building amenities such as a fitness center, outdoor terrace and rooftop meeting space.
With strong ties to the community, our Madison team frequently volunteers together at local nonprofits and community events and takes pride in designing impactful spaces for their neighborhoods such as the Goodman Community Center – a resource committed to helping the community become a place where everyone has what they need to create a meaningful life. Our Beyond Design Bike Tour (BDBT) was launched in conjunction with the opening of EUA’s Madison office in 2005. The inaugural bike ride started from Milwaukee to Madison to celebrate its inception and has since raised over $700,000 for local Wisconsin organizations.
