Evaluating the current conditions of senior living facilities for successful master plans
Conducting a building assessment is instrumental to creating a successful senior living master plan. A building assessment gives us evaluations of existing facilities and equipment for aesthetics, functionality, and end of useful life. A review of all ADA requirements will also occur during this assessment. This step gives our planning expects a clear idea of any design changes that would be instrumental to increasing efficiency for staff while enhancing care for residents.
