This position will be responsible for supervision of our firm's Madison Office/Studio, assuring that the relationship, technical, administrative, staffing, and financial objectives of that office are met within the framework of established firm-wide goals and professional standards.
The Senior Project Architect is often responsible for an entire phase of one or more projects such as facilities planning, technical production, construction administration, etc. This person may also mentor and direct Project Architects and other junior staff members.
This person will be a key team leader in our Workplace studio. Candidates should be a Licensed Architect or Certified Interior Designer with 10+ years' experience, with specific experience in Workplace related projects.
This position is for our Healthcare studio and will be working out of our Denver office. The Project Architect is responsible for most phases in the technical development of a project.
This person is primarily responsible for financial, administrative and project support duties for multiple Project Managers within one or more market-based Studios.
The Accounting Assistant is responsible for various duties including processing, coding, verifying, and inputting invoices for payment. They will also assist with daily accounting activities such as posting cash receipts, making bank deposits, and maintaining accounting files.
This person uses judgment in assignments that have clear and specified objectives with a limited number of variables. Reporting and working under the direction of a Project Manager, they should be skilled at space planning, finish selections, furniture selection and specification, millwork detailing, and finish/furniture cost estimating. Client management and presentation skills are also required.
